What is Plastic Moulded Components?

Plastic injection moulding is one of the moulding processes in which hot liquid plastic is injected into a mould with high pressure. Under high pressure, mould (cavity) can be filled properly and solid part can be made. After the injection process, the liquid plastic filled in the cavities is cooled with the cooling system. After cooling, final part is taken out of the mould.

We use application wise moulding tools to produce plastic parts based on required quantity, so that cost of parts can be lower. We use standard high quality raw material for the production of plastic components. We offer production of individual plastic parts as well as plastic parts used in assemblies of Sheet Metal.
